Only on Sunday unless you park in a neighborhood near by and walk or take a lime/bird scooter. Parking is cheap though!

Yes for the main dining area, right off the entrance. The bar and beer garden have steps so not great options for him.

Entrees come with two sides on the plate, if that helps.

No, and if someone offers to valet park your car you probably never see it again. There is lots of really close parking around the Rathskeller
